We charge a £7.95 carriage charge on all orders using
either Royal Mail or a reputable courier (depending upon weight).
Your Rights to Cancellation under The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
This website page confirmation satisfies the requirement under
these regulations for us (the supplier) to supply you (the consumer)
with written, durable information about your rights of cancellation
of this order.
You have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 7 working
days from the day after the date of receipt of the goods. Notice
of cancellation should be made via phone on 0845 634 4269 or by
fax on 0117 949 3985.
The goods should be returned to us at our registered address at
your expense within 30 days and must be undamaged, unused and in
the same condition as when received by you. Until such time as they
are received into our premises, you are responsible for any loss
or damage to those goods.
Unfortunately we cannot refund products without the original packaging
or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.
We are happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that
the items are returned complete, unused, in perfect condition, (in
the case of pencil pleat curtains, the heading tape strings must
not have been pulled tight and/or tied), and with the original packaging.
Toptobottomdirect.co.uk, accept no liability for any costs incurred
for the return of these goods, unless in the opinion of Toptobottomdirect.co.uk
the goods are deemed faulty. If your goods are faulty, we will gladly
provide you with a replacement.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the purchase
price within 30 days. Our original carriage charges incurred when
sending out the parcel are not refundable. toptobottomdirect.co.uk,
accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of these
goods, unless in the opinion of toptobottomdirect.co.uk the goods
are deemed faulty.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Fabrics / Made to Measure Returns Policy
Unfortunately we cannot refund products that have been trimmed
or adjusted in any way such as cut length fabrics and made to measure
curtains.
Damaged / Faulty Items
We are confident that all our products will reach you in a highly
satisfactory manner. If this is not the case please call us on 0845
634 4269. Please provide your order number and a description of
the problem.
We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange
for a replacement to be sent without delay.

Ready made curtain information
Please be aware that due to the way ready made curtains are manufactured,
we cannot guarantee the pattern repeat is correct. We do not accept
liability for this issue.
All sizes are approximate.
We advise that upon receivership of these items, the curtains should
be fully ironed to remove creases from manufacturing folding and
packaging.
Ready Made Curtain Returns Policy
Ready made curtains should be returned to us at our registered
address at your expense within 14 days and must be undamaged, unused,
in the original packaging and in the same condition as when received
by you. Until such time as they are received into our premises,
you are responsible for any loss or damage to those goods. So recorded
delivery should really be needed.
If your Ready Made Curtains are found to have a fault, please contact
us and let us know, do not however return any ready made Curtain
back to us without being approved to do so, as these will be sent
back as an unapproved returns delivery.
Please Note: Once the ready made curtains have
had the strings pulled ready for fitting or if your ready made curtains
have been adjusted in anyway including curtains altered by us to
your size or even damaged in anyways, you can not return the goods
back to us for credit under any circumstances.
Net Curtains
We recommend that voile net curtains should have hems sewn either
side to stop the fraying of the material.
Can I have my items delivered to an address other than
my billing address?
Yes, items can be delivered to a different address other
than the billing address. You will be prompted to enter your address
details on the checkout page.
How do I know that my order has been placed?
Your order will be confirmed by an e-mail after your order has been
successfully placed. This will detail all the items that you have
ordered.
